Complaint, Inquiry Protocol & Logs

The Complaint and Inquiry Protocol explains how Durham and York respond to comments, complaints and concerns from the public. Monthly Complaint and Inquiry Logs are submitted to the District Manager to provide information about the complaints and inquiries received by the project team or call centre related to the Durham York Energy Centre. The Complaint and Inquiry Protocol has been prepared to satisfy Condition 6 of the EA Notice of Approval.
