Facility management plans are in place to ensure the Durham York Energy Centre (DYEC) is operating in compliance with regulatory approvals. Facility management plans have been developed in consultation with and approved by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) along with the local Fire Department.
